There is only one way for this guild and it's members to be able to stand up against the army of wallets: Teamwork, all of us.
Anyone who wants to be able to make large amounts of money in a short period of time has 3 options in this game, buy it with RL cash, spend huge amounts of time lvling up and praying to the gods of chance to give you amazing loot in the highest instances, or work as a team to generate the money together.
The most reliable and consistant method is for us to work together, we can do this gathering materials to make gear, worktables from instances and REs go to people who can use them, materials needed go to the people who use them, loot is sent to the team leader to be sold as part of the team fund, all money is shared equally between team members on the premise that all team members are working equally hard to make the team succeed.
This game is based so heavily on money and chance, that without money you must be able to account for and minimize the negative effects of those probabilities. The perfect example is rolling a die, if you have 1 chance at rolling a six sided die you have a 1 in 6 chance to get the highest roll, if you roll 30 dice then the chances of you getting the highest possible roll on at least one of those dice is dramatically increased. We will be applying this principal to the game in the mass farming of items and the mass-production of equipment.
